Quests can be started in two main ways. Many quests are initiated by interacting with NPCs, who may offer tasks through dialogue when certain conditions are met, such as reaching a specific level or completing a prior quest. Other quests can be started directly through the Quest Overview in the player’s inventory, allowing players to accept available objectives without first locating the related NPC.
Quest objectives vary widely and may include defeating enemies, gathering items, exploring locations, or interacting with specific characters. Some quests are linear, while others branch based on player decisions, influencing outcomes and rewards.
Upon completion, quests typically grant experience points, currency, items, or access to new content.
